We’re looking for a Field Trainer to join our New Building Solutions Training Team in Brisbane, QLD This person will deliver high‑quality training in our training centre and onsite, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring consistent operational excellence.

What will you be doing?

  • Train and coach field operatives in our training centre and on site

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KONE trainers globally to share best practices and stay informed on current and emerging trends

  • Analyse performance data to identify gaps and plan, recommend, and implement corrective actions

  • Support and actively participate in new employee inductions, site inspections, and audits

  • Adapt global training materials and instructions to incorporate local requirements and ensure relevance to regional needs

  • Support competency development initiatives, including surveys & assessments

  • Participate in incident and serious near-miss investigations in collaboration with the Safety Manager

What are we looking for?

  • A passion for learning and helping others grow and achieve their goals.

  • Experience working within the lift industry essential

  • Escalator experience is highly desired

  • Electrical license required

  • Extremely safety conscious and will be able to call out and report safety breaches or any non-conformances

  • Be comfortable and confident in delivering training in person or virtually

  • Highly organised, resilient and with the ability to work under pressure whilst managing multiple demands

  • Stakeholder management – excellent communicator and influencer.

  • Good computer skills
