Job Description
We are looking for a Field Test Engineer to handle testing and validation of energy storage products including lithium batteries, inverters, UPS systems, and all-in-one energy storage solutions. The role involves on-site testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and ensuring product performance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform system testing of energy storage products (batteries, inverters, UPS, hybrid systems, etc.)
Conduct safety, EMC, functional, performance, and stability testing
Set up and manage test environments for product evaluation
Carry out on-site testing, installation checks, and basic maintenance
Prepare test plans, execute testing activities, and compile detailed reports
Identify, record, and analyze technical issues during testing
Provide improvement suggestions based on test results
Optimize and improve existing testing procedures
Support in developing trial users and maintaining client relationships
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Engineering, Automation, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in testing or development of inverters, UPS, power supplies, or battery systems
Strong understanding of inverter systems, off-grid operation, and testing standards
Hands-on experience with testing instruments and equipment
Familiarity with international and local standards related to power electronics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
