This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced field technician to join our Next Payments team. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with proficient technical skills, or someone with technical aptitude who has worked/or is working in the hospitality sector. We are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, and who can proactively and professionally deliver technical support to our clients.
Reporting to the SA Service Manager, this role will see you responsible for the delivery of quality field technical services during business hours and for afterhours break/fix responses, whilst adhering to the delivery of services to agreed service levels with clients.
With new product launches, strong business growth (increasing from 110 employees in 2021 to 192 employees currently), and recently winning major tenders, it is an exciting time to join Next Payments!
The Role
This role will provide you with invaluable experience and opportunity for growth all whilst working in a passionate, safe, and friendly workplace culture.
You will apply your acquired technical skills and experience to perform the following principal duties:
About You
This role is also suitable for candidates currently working, or with prior experience, as a hospitality Duty Manager who possess strong technical aptitude and enjoy troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Full training will be provided to further develop and elevate their technical skillset.
