Green Home Solutions of Sugar Land helps homeowners and businesses fix mold, air quality, and ventilation problems. We're a small, hands-on team led by a licensed mold assessor, and we're adding a field technician to work alongside our lead tech. You'll be his right-hand man on the job site, and we'll train you.

What you'll do

• Assist on mold remediation jobs: set up containment, run air scrubbers and negative air, remove affected materials, HEPA-vacuum and clean surfaces
• Perform duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and particle cleaning
• Load, set up, and break down equipment and materials at each site
• Follow the written protocol and scope for every job, with no shortcuts
• Take clear photos and send accurate updates to the office after each job
• Leave every home cleaner than you found it and treat customers with respect

What we're looking for

• Reliable, on time, and honest. This matters more than experience.
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting, crawling through attics and crawlspaces, and working in a respirator and protective suit in Houston heat
• Able to follow written procedures and take direction
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone for photos and messages
• Experience in construction, restoration, HVAC, cleaning, or the trades is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Spanish is a plus
