CPM supplies process equipment for the animal feed, biomass, oilseed, and waste processing industries — from design through to production and everything in between. The Role
As a Field Technical Support Engineer, you support customers, service technicians, and commissioning engineers with diagnosing and resolving technical issues on CPM machines and production lines. You work in the office, remotely and on-site, playing a key role in ensuring reliable machine performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide online technical support.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers and field service staff.
• Diagnose and resolve machine faults remotely and at customer sites.
• Advise on repairs, spare parts, tools, and maintenance solutions.
• Coordinate service activities with the Service Planner.
• Support and coach service technicians and commissioning engineers.
• Perform on-site inspections, testing, and commissioning support.
• Maintain and share technical documentation and service reports.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance, service process improvements, and product enhancements.
• Perform service jobs on specialized machines.
• Support training activities and knowledge transfer to customers and colleagues.

Your Profile

• MBO+ level technical education or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery and production processes.
• Experience with mechanical is essential, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is beneficial.
• Analytical, hands-on, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
