Within our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division, we deliver advanced solutions that help physicians manage heart rhythm disorders and improve patient outcomes.

We are currently looking for a Field Technical Engineer Wallonia to join our CRM team.

In this role, you will provide expert technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals while partnering closely with our sales team to drive business success. This is a field-based role requiring strong clinical expertise, collaboration, and a customer-focused mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality technical and clinical application support to healthcare professionals

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support CRM procedures and optimize customer experience

• Deliver efficient technical support, enabling the sales team to focus on achieving performance targets

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, including pricing, quotations, credit terms, expense reporting, and quality standards

• Apply best-practice guidelines before, during, and after customer support activities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and market developments

• Represent Abbott with professionalism and integrity at all times

• Ensure full compliance with Healthcare Professional (HCP) guidelines

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or medical field, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in a similar role)

• Strong understanding of the cardiovascular market

• Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
