Our ideal candidate is a proactive learner with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to work hands-on with system testing and verification.
While no prior professional experience is necessary, a natural curiosity for how systems work and an enthusiasm for tackling challenges in diverse, outdoor settings are highly valued.
This role is highly hands-on and field-oriented, with the majority of time spent conducting outdoor system tests in real-world environments. You will be actively involved in end-to-end validation of complex hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues on-site, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal performance.
The position requires adaptability, independence, and a proactive approach, as you will operate in dynamic, fast-changing conditions and take ownership of testing activities from execution through reporting.

What will your job look like?

  • Verifying system features and functionality
  • Outdoor system performance tests.
  • Working in a young, dynamic & demanding environment on cutting edge technology.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of integrated hardware and software components, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Provide detailed bug reports, logs, and reproducible steps for issues found in the field.
  • Generate regular reports on field QA activities, system performance trends, and key findings.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with command & control, embedded, radio, or drone systems – Advantage 
  • Willingness to work on Fridays and travel abroad (approximately 15% of the time) – Must 
  • Previous experience with field activity – Must 
  • This role requires significant hands-on involvement, with approximately 70% of the time dedicated to outdoor testing 
  • High sense of ownership 
  • Comfortable taking initiative 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing, and multidisciplinary environment 
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, independent, and detail-oriented
