Level: 4 Year DegreePrice Industries is seeking a Field Support Specialist in Suwannee, GA to provide after-sale support to customers via daily incoming requests. This role requires foundational mechanical engineering knowledge, CAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to interpret technical drawings; experience in customer service, technical support, HVAC, or sheet‑metal manufacturing is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Travel to jobsites within North America up to 25% - 50% per month
- Diagnose & troubleshoot field issues
- Work with sales representatives and various internal departments on resolving product quality issues
- Engage in on-site product testing and performing minor repairs (as needed)
- Assist with installation and/or commissioning of systems which use Price products
- Participate in visits with sales representatives and their customers (either at PRCN, other Price Facilities, or in the field, as required)
- Perform presentations & webinars to train and prepare customers for installation of Price products
- Work on projects which help streamline processes within the Field Support Department

Qualifications
- An understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles, and ability to read engineering / architectural drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CAD software
- Previous experience in customer service and technical support would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in sheet metal manufacturing and HVAC industry would be considered an asset.
- Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to travel within North America
- Technically inclined, energetic, productive, and can handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.
