Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Field Support Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting office-based role supporting our field sales representatives and helping manage customer expressions of interest from initial contact through to appointment coordination.

The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the field-based team to maximise opportunities and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Making Outbound calls to contact customers who have registered an expression of interest and discuss services/products in more detail
• 
  Qualify customer leads and coordinate follow-up appointments for the field sales team
• 
  Support the field-based team by managing inbound customer interest and ensuring opportunities are progressed efficiently
• 
  Liaise closely with sales representatives regarding customer updates and appointment scheduling
• 
  Maintain accurate customer records and update internal CRM systems
• 
  Follow up with customers regarding queries, appointments, and documentation where required
• 
  Assist with daily administrative support for the wider sales team
• 
  Build strong relationships with customers and provide a professional and friendly service at all times
• 
  Work towards team KPIs and lead conversion targets

Key Requirements

• 
  Previous experience in customer service, telesales, administration, or sales support
• 
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• 
  Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers daily
• 
  Highly organised with good attention to detail
• 
  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Experience using CRM systems or Microsoft Office is advantageous
• 
  Positive attitude with a strong team-player mentality
• 
  Ability to work closely with both office and field-based teams
