
The Field Supervisor for School-Based Services plays a vital role in supporting Behavioral Health Professionals in public school settings throughout Southern Maine. This position provides field-based guidance, supervision, and operational support to direct care staff while helping ensure compliance, strong documentation practices, and quality service delivery. The Field Supervisor also assists Behavior Analysts with consumer documentation and supports both Section 28 Specialized and Section 28 Regular service delivery.
This is a dynamic role for a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting children, school teams, and direct care staff.
