Job Description

Circl Group is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee installation and service works across multiple client sites. This role sits between project management and field teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high technical standard

You will lead technicians and subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and service activities across multiple sites
• Coordinate technician schedules and monitor project progress
• Provide technical support and on-site problem solving
• Lead and mentor technicians and subcontractors
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site risk assessments
• Perform field quality audits and commissioning checks
• Manage complaints, escalations, and client communication
• Ensure works meet WHS/OHS, technical standards, and client expectations

About the Role

This is a hybrid role supporting installation and service work across our:

• Retail products & services division
• Minor project works
• Residential/B2C technical services

Projects span AV & Audio, appliances, telecommunications, and technical service work across corporate, retail, hospitality, education, government, and residential sites.

The role includes site travel, remote supervision, and occasional after-hours work when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising field technicians or installation teams
• Technical background in AV, telecommunications, electrical, or related trades
• Ability to read plans and technical drawings
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

• Current driver’s licence
