Your Mission as a Field Supervisor

As a Field Supervisor, your mission is to lead and manage field operations in Libya, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and operational excellence standards. You will play a key role in maintaining seamless client relationships, overseeing safety compliance, and delivering efficient service operations while mentoring and guiding field teams.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Field Supervisor

  • Represent the organization during client meetings and ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain clear, transparent, and proactive interaction with client representatives.
  • Deliver timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports with high accuracy and transparency.
  • Ensure successful execution of rig jobs and new installations.
  • Enforce HSE policies and monitor compliance across field locations.
  • Manage inventory, control operational costs, and coordinate staff rotations.
  • Provide technical support during workover operations and field staff shortages.
  • Assess field staff performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Field Supervisor

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5–7 years of experience in the oil industry, with strong ESP expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and solve complex problems.
  • Training and presentation skills.

  • Work Type: Office-based,with periodic field visits required.
