We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, your leadership is at the heart of our operations, you will lead and support a highly skilled technician and underground workgroup engaged in network maintenance and emergency response activities.

The successful candidate will hold Safety as a core value! You are a skilled and passionate leader who is Electrically qualified (Cert III Electrotechnology or ESI OH). We need you to be experienced in leading and developing field-based employees, in heavy industry and/or high-risk environments. You are a strong communicator who thrives on fostering strong relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You are highly adaptable, agile, and work well within a collaborative environment. We need someone who can plan and prioritise their workloads to meet tight deadlines.
