Job Location Livermore Warehouse - Livermore, CAPosition Type Full Time
The Field Supervisor will assist the field service team in the performance of their job duties, such as train employees and provide feedback.
Job duties/responsibilities may include, but not limited to;
training current and future employees on proper installation
Preparation, service methods, and proper documentation techniques
Handle field related calls from Installers, Electricians, and service techs as needed
Coordinate with the Quality Team to inspect crews on site
Provide feedback and training as needed
Work with the local office team to identify and resolve quality issues as needed
Help develop training for inspection techs as needed based on feedback from Project Manager and/or immediate manager.
