The Field Supervisor will assist the field service team in the performance of their job duties, such as train employees and provide feedback.

Job duties/responsibilities may include, but not limited to;

• training current and future employees on proper installation

• Preparation, service methods, and proper documentation techniques

• Handle field related calls from Installers, Electricians, and service techs as needed

• Coordinate with the Quality Team to inspect crews on site

• Provide feedback and training as needed

• Work with the local office team to identify and resolve quality issues as needed

• Help develop training for inspection techs as needed based on feedback from Project Manager and/or immediate manager.

• Other tasks as assigned
