As a Field Specialist IV, you will be coordinating field activities, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and supporting customer operations through technical expertise and efficient job execution. You will be managing workflow, guiding field crews, and maintaining equipment readiness to ensure seamless project delivery at customer sites.

As a Field Specialist IV, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and overseeing work at the customer’s field site

  • Delivering high‑quality service and support to customers

  • Planning job requirements, including crew instructions and equipment needs

  • Directing and guiding the activities of service operators

  • Managing cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for upcoming jobs

  • Evaluating crew performance and training operators to improve job execution

  • Inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and testing industrial valves, including PRVs, gate valves, ball valves, and control valves

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing valve issues during both shop and field operations

  • Providing on‑site service execution and technical support at customer locations

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree from an accredited university or college

  • Have 5+ years of experience in field service

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and an inclusive working style

  • Have the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization and customers
