As a Field Specialist III – UC_FLD-H, you will support field operations by applying a solid foundation of technical knowledge and operational understanding. You willutilizeyour familiarity with chemistry, materials, process flows, and petroleum engineering concepts to deliver highquality services at the wellsite and other field locations. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure service quality, job execution excellence, and compliance with all HS&E standards.

As a Field Specialist III, you willbe responsible for

  • Applying general knowledge of operational processes and basic business principles to support field service activities.

  • Using foundational understanding of chemistry, materials, process flows, and petroleum engineering concepts toassistwith job execution.

  • Performing field duties safely and efficiently in alignment with company procedures, product line requirements, and HS&E guidelines.

  • Operating and supporting the use of field tools, equipment, and systems as directed.

  • Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and customer representatives to coordinate job tasks and ensure smooth operations.

  • Completing jobrelated documentation accurately, including service reports and compliance paperwork.

  • Participating in troubleshooting and supporting operational problem resolution under supervision.

  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement across field activities.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Twoyear Technical College Degree or equivalent (preferred).

  • Have successfully completed the LEAD – Field Specialist Development Program, which includes indepth training on:

HS&E requirements

Compliance and regulatory processes

Oilfield industry basics

Product line tools, systems, and services

  • Havestrong communicationand interpersonal skills.

  • Have the ability towork effectively with others in field environments.

  • Have the ability towork in varying outdoor conditions and field locations as required by operations.

This role is fieldbased and requires flexibility based on operational demands. You may work extended hours, rotational schedules, or travel to customer sites and well locations as needed. Field environments may includevaryingweather, industrial surroundings, and remote locations.
