The Thru Tubing Field Specialist II is responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful execution of complex thru-tubing well intervention operations in onshore and offshore environments. The role provides technical leadership in operational planning, tool selection, BHA design, and well intervention execution while ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and QHSE policies. As the primary field representative, the specialist supports operational excellence, customer engagement, and the development of junior personnel.

Advanced knowledge of thru-tubing and well intervention operations.
Expertise in fishing, milling, cleanout, cutting, wellbore isolation, and remedial interventions.
Strong understanding of coiled tubing, drill pipe, and production tubing conveyed services.
Proficiency in BHA design, tool deployment, troubleshooting, and hydraulic simulations.
Knowledge of well control principles, risk assessment, and operational risk management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic, high-pressure, and multicultural environments.
