Supporting Safe and Reliable Fracturing, Acidizing, and Well Intervention Operations

The Field Specialist – Production Enhancement, Specialty I role supports the field execution of fracturing, acidizing, and well-intervention operations at customer locations. This roleis responsible forpreparing equipment and materials, supporting job execution,monitoringoperational parameters, maintaining field documentation, and working closely with crews, supervisors, engineers, and customers to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery.
As the Field Specialist – Production Enhancement, you will have the following responsibilities:
Support the preparation and execution of Production Enhancement operations, including hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, stimulation, and well intervention servicesin accordance withapproved job programs and customer requirements.
Prepare, inspect, rig up,operate, and rig down pressure pumping equipment, treating lines, manifolds, chemical systems, and associated wellsite equipment under supervision and in line with operating procedures.
Assistwith pre-job planning, equipment and material readiness, product loading, pressure testing, function checks, and wellsite preparation to support safe andtimelyjob execution.
Monitor key job parameters such as pressure, rate, volume, fluid quality, chemical concentration,proppantor additive delivery, and well response during pumping and intervention activities.
Support troubleshooting of operational issues and escalate deviations, equipment concerns, or safety risks to supervisors, engineers, and customer representatives asrequired
Maintainaccuratefield records, including job tickets, daily activity reports, equipment checks, maintenance records, inventory usage, and post-job documentation.
Follow all HSE, pressure control, chemical handling, and service quality requirements, including participation in toolbox talks, job safety analysis, risk reviews, and stop-work interventions when needed.
Work collaboratively with field crews, supervisors, engineers, maintenance,logistics, and customers to deliver reliable service performance and support continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a high school diploma, technical diploma, orbachelor’s degree in Engineeringor a related technical discipline, with relevant field experience in oil and gas operations preferred.
Have practical experience or strong interest in Production Enhancement, pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, stimulation, nitrogen, sand control, or well intervention operations.
Understand basic wellsite operations, high-pressure pumping equipment, fluid handling, treating lines, manifolds, chemical systems, and pressure testing requirements.
Be able to follow job procedures, safety standards, equipment checklists, and supervisor instructions in demanding field environments.
Show good mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn field equipment operation and service delivery processes.
Be committed to HSE, compliance, pressure control discipline, chemical handling safety, and flawless execution of high-pressure field activities.
Be willing to work at customer locations, remote field sites, land rigs, or offshore environments according to operational schedules and customer requirements.
Havegood communicationskills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, crews, engineers, and customers.
