The Thru Tubing Field Specialist I is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of Thru Tubing well intervention operations at customer locations. The role supports equipment preparation, field execution, operational reporting, and customer engagement while ensuring full compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and QHSE requirements. The position requires hands-on experience in Thru Tubing interventions, including fishing, milling, cleanout, cutting, and completion services.

Knowledge of Thru Tubing and Well Intervention operations.
Experience with fishing, milling, cleanout, cutting, and remedial interventions.
Working knowledge of Coiled Tubing operations and BHA assembly.
Ability to troubleshoot operational and equipment-related issues.
Understanding of hydraulic parameters, motor performance, and wellbore intervention techniques.
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in operational reporting and documentation systems.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
