Field Specialist II - Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals (OIC) will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You’ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You’ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
• the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in the management of job cycle across organizational boundaries.
• Meeting with clients for job preparation, execution and close out.
• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage.
• Demonstrating the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion
• Attending field trials when required.
• Conducting analysis of the customer technical challenge and provide technical solution in coordination with technical Subject matter experts.
• Understanding technical aspects of oilfield chemicals and prepare product selection test reports
• Provide troubleshooting plan to customer for technical issues
• Managing chemical injections at well pads and terminal
• Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Have minimum 4 years of experience in oil & Gas production chemicals
• Have a -proven ability to deal with senior customer management.
• Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
