The IT Support Technician at our Richmond Hill location will play a vital role in supporting the Field Services team by assisting with IT hardware and software tasks, repairing laptops and devices, preparing and shipping equipment, coordinating remote troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is an on-site position with no travel or on-call responsibilities.
