Be the Connector Between Vendors, Systems, and Results

GC Realty & Development manages hundreds of properties - which means field services must be coordinated, documented, and reliable That doesn't happen without someone making sure vendors show up, services are completed, and information flows correctly.

We're hiring a Field Services Coordinator to oversee recurring field services and vendor coordination across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and being the point of control that keeps everything aligned.

As a Field Services Coordinator, you'll manage the scheduling, communication, and tracking of recurring maintenance services performed by vendors in the field. You'll ensure the right vendors are assigned, expectations are clear, and updates are communicated accurately to internal teams.

This role blends coordination, communication, and accountability - without managing technicians directly.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Service Coordination

  • Coordinate recurring field services across multiple properties

  • Assign vendors based on geography, scope, and service type

  • Communicate schedules, updates, and service confirmations clearly

  • Act as the primary point of contact for recurring service vendors

Communication & Tracking

  • Provide service status updates to internal teams and, when needed, residents

  • Monitor recurring service performance and flag missed or incomplete work

  • Ensure services align with defined expectations and schedules

Documentation & Accuracy

  • Keep service records organized and up to date

  • Manage the maintenance inbox to ensure timely response and follow-up

  • Support inventory tracking and service documentation accuracy

  • Review after-hours vendor information for reliability and completeness

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1 year working with vendors, contractors, or field services

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to juggle schedules, updates, and documentation accurately

  • Familiarity with maintenance or property operations is a plus

  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Work Environment

  • Pay: Starting at $7 per hour

  • Location: Fully remote

  • Setup: Reliable internet and organized home workspace required
