1)动环监控系统知识：深了解动环监控系统的架构、功能和操作流程，熟悉各类传感器、监控设备的工作原理和应用；
2) 网络通信技术：熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP等网络通信协议，具备网络故障排查和处理能力，确保数据传输的稳定性和安全性；
3)故障快速定位：在公司指导下，能够迅速准确地识别和定位动环监控系统中的故障，包括设备故障、网络故障、软件故障等；
4)故障分析与解决：在公司指导下，对故障进行深入分析，找出根本原因，制定有效的解决方案，并及时进行处理，确保系统恢复正常运行。
5)系统升级：能够在公司指导下完成平台系统升级。
2、项目支持与交付管理
1)能够及时有效的完成监控产品项目方案设计、技术规范书、技术建议书等文档的输出，完成合理的工程费用评审；
2)项目计划与执行：制定详细的项目计划，合理安排资源，确保项目按时、按质、按量完成。
3）流程管理：了解公司VSCP、EDP等各类流程，能够及时合规的完成各项流程。
3、客户服务意识：具备良好的客户服务意识，能够与客户进行有效的沟通和交流，了解客户需求，提供满意的解决方案。
