Title: Field Service Technician – Home Appliances & TV

Locations:

• New York, NY
• Philadelphia, PA
• Orlando, FL

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Hisense televisions and home appliances at customers' homes.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Complete service reports, repair documentation, and parts requests accurately using mobile applications.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, first-time fix performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage assigned service inventory and return defective parts as required.
• Participate in technical training programs and certification courses provided by Hisense.
• Follow all company service procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a field service environment.
• EPA Certification and fridge sealed system repair ability.

• At least 3 years of experience repairing televisions, major appliances, or consumer electronics.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, and electronic components are preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and service management applications.
