Your new role:

As a Field Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Prioritising personal and business safety at all times
• Conducting testing of lifting equipment on-site and off-site
• Performing maintenance and service repairs on products
• Delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Travelling to customer sites either DIDO or FIFO when and as required
• Collaborating with the support team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

What you will bring with you:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
• Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability to FIFO from Kalgoorlie to customer sites
• Capability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights
