What You’ll Do
As a TSR, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction through:
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and repair equipment issues using technical and mechanical skills
Equipment Management: Install, update, and remove equipment as needed
Customer Support: Build strong relationships with customers and client personnel
Training: Provide informal training to enhance machine performance
Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reporting on all service activities
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Adaptability: Tackle daily task changes, long-distance travel, and occasional overnight stays
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
We’re searching for candidates with:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Formal technical training or 1-3 years of experience with electromechanical equipment preferred
Technical Aptitude: Comfort with tools, troubleshooting, and using technology
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Independence: Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
Flexibility: Willingness to travel long distances and adjust to changing schedules
Driver’s License: A valid license with a clean motor vehicle record
Working Conditions
Extensive driving within a geographical territory.
Occasional overnight travel and weekend work may be required.
Physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in confined spaces.
