What You’ll Do

As a TSR, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction through:

  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose and repair equipment issues using technical and mechanical skills
  • Equipment Management: Install, update, and remove equipment as needed
  • Customer Support: Build strong relationships with customers and client personnel
  • Training: Provide informal training to enhance machine performance
  • Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reporting on all service activities
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adaptability: Tackle daily task changes, long-distance travel, and occasional overnight stays

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for candidates with:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Formal technical training or 1-3 years of experience with electromechanical equipment preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort with tools, troubleshooting, and using technology.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Independence: Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel long distances and adjust to changing schedules.
  • Driver’s License: A valid license with a clean motor vehicle record.

Working Conditions

  • Extensive driving within a geographical territory.
  • Occasional overnight travel and weekend work may be required.
  • Physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in confined spaces.
