This is a remote position.
The
Remote Field Service Technician
role is ideal for mechanically minded veterans or early-career technicians who want to combine travel, hands-on work, and problem-solving.
Work with senior technicians to master centrifuge systems.
Perform mechanical teardown, rebuild, and inspection in the Cincinnati shop during training.
Travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, and field repairs (after training).
Diagnose and resolve mechanical or vibration issues in high-speed rotating systems.
Document service activities accurately and communicate effectively with customers.
Represent our reputation for professionalism, safety, and reliability.
First 6–12 months:
On-site training weekly in Cincinnati.
After training:
Regional based field service in the Chicago / Wisconsin markets.
Company-provided vehicle (SUV) and credit card for meals and travel expenses.
Long-term mentorship and merit-based progression into senior technician roles
Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
E4–E5 veteran or early-career technician with hands-on mechanical experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude; basic understanding of tools, hydraulics, or electrical systems.
Willingness to travel nationally after training.
Team-oriented, humble, and eager to learn through hands-on experience.
Possession of a basic mechanic’s tool set (specialty tools provided).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

$58,000 – $73,000
, based on experience and overtime (typically 15–20 hours per month).
Paid travel to Cincinnati during training period.
