Field Services Technician – Southeast VIC

At Bayer Radiology we deliver end-to-end solutions designed to maximise efficiency across CT, MRI, Angiography and Nuclear Medicine—supporting both today’s demands and the future of medical imaging. With a strong focus on patients and customers, we combine deep modality expertise, industry-leading service coverage, and trusted partnerships across the public and private health sectors throughout ANZ.

In this role, you’ll become the on-site expert our customers depend on—bringing imaging environments to life and keeping them operating at peak performance. From installing and maintaining to troubleshooting and repairing Bayer and distributor equipment, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring critical systems run seamlessly.

You’ll also be at the heart of the customer experience—building strong, trusted relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving high levels of satisfaction across your region.

Do something that moves you.

• Maintain and repair all defective products – primarily on-site and at the Service Hub
• Install new products and provide training as needed
• Maintain effective customer and distributor relationships
• Promote and support the Certification & Quality Assurance program – DirectCARE
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop and evaluate State and National key account plans
• Actively seek product and business improvement insights from our customers
• ·Maintain accurate service reports and customer records

Does this sound like you?

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
• 2 years’ experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer or similar technical experience
• Knowledge and experience of Radiology market, environment, and equipment
• Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• You must pass and maintain both an Australian Police and Working with children checks
• Hold and maintain a current Australian driver’s license
