Job Opportunity

  • Opportunity to join the Service team as a Field Service Technician, delivering high-quality technical support to customers. Valid driving licence (must-have)
  • Ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Exposure to diverse work environments including customer sites such as airports, correctional facilities, and other operational settings.

What you will be doing

  • Perform installation, training, repair, and maintenance of equipment to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and company standards
  • Collaborate with Shift Leads to review equipment performance and assist with reporting
  • Maintain tools and testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
  • Provide technical support to customers and service teams as required
  • Support ad-hoc tasks, project work, and overseas assignments when needed
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams
  • Exercise cost awareness and optimise resource usage
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned, ensuring operational efficiency and service qualit

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Hydraulics, or Air-Conditioning Systems (Higher Nitec with experience also considered)
  • 2–3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems
  • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Well-organised, reliable, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Physically and mentally fit with the ability to work in demanding environments
  • High level of accountability, professionalism, and initiative

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in field service or customer-site environments
  • Exposure to working in high-security or regulated locations
  • Experience supporting overseas projects or multi-site operations
  • Strong sense of urgency, positive attitude, and adaptability under pressure
