Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Master installation and maintenance of R.J. Watson products.
  • Rapidly adapt to evolving priorities and environments.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Uphold the company's professional image during client interactions.
  • Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to arrange field service appointments.
  • Manage travel logistics, including flights, car rentals, and accommodations.
  • Travel frequently, up to 60% of the time, often on short notice.
  • Work unconventional hours, as contractors often operate overnight.
  • Adjust plans in response to weather conditions, maintaining clear communication with clients.
  • Complete detailed field reports with photographs within 1-3 days post-service.

Other duties:

  • Support the sales team with product development, administrative tasks, and other duties when not traveling.

Position Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year technical degree preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE (Years): Entry Level
  • SKILLS:
    • Time management.
    • Basic Microsoft Office.
    • Leadership and directive abilities.
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
    • Basic hand tools proficiency.
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Base Salary of $60k-$70k
