What You’ll Be Doing
- Install and repair automatic pool cover systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Follow work orders and complete jobs accurately
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Recommend upgrades or repairs to improve safety and performance
- Complete service documentation and record work performed
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and workspace
- Assist with training newer team members when needed
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Solid problem-solving skills and hands-on experience
Bonus If You Have
- 1–2+ years in a service technician, mechanical, or construction role
- Experience repairing mechanical or electrical systems
- Customer-facing experience
- Pool cover experience (not required)

Qualifications

Experience Preferred

- Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
- Experience with automatic pool covers is a bonus but not require
