Carrier is entering an exciting new phase of growth, investing heavily in training, leadership and technical capability — and we’re building a high-performing OEM Chiller team to lead the market.

If you have commercial HVAC experience with any type of chiller (centrifugal, screw, scroll — any brand), this is your opportunity to step into something bigger. We’ll support you in developing from a general chiller technician into a true OEM specialist, working on advanced, large-scale equipment backed by global engineering expertise.

You’ll gain direct manufacturer training, hands-on exposure to next-generation chiller technology, and access to factory-level technical support. You’ll work on complex sites including hospitals, data centres, airports, universities and major commercial facilities — where your expertise truly makes an impact.

The Role — What You’ll Do

• Work with the newest generation of Carrier chillers coming to market

• Perform commissioning, diagnostics, performance optimisation and upgrades

• Run your sites with autonomy and trust

• Deliver expert service including maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs

• Support major hospitals, airports, universities, data centres and commercial towers

• Build strong customer relationships and represent Carrier with professionalism
