Perform repairs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software, make technical reports, planning the tasks to make repair procedures on the time previews , execute tasks with a better quality service, Perform basic inspections, Basic Knowing tools: compressor, lathe, drilling, and welding machines, lifting and transport method, Having the knowledge about MANITOWOC procedures to assembly, maintain, and repair cranes, Build a trustful list of parts and services necessary to repair MANITOWOC equipment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems of medium complexity.
Perform functional tests and adjustments following OEM specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals for complex repairs.
Prepare parts lists and job plans for service orders.
Complete detailed inspection reports and documentation.
Lead or support annual inspections with technical responsibility.
Provide technical support to customers and field teams when required.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Engineering degree in mechanical, electromechanical, industrial maintenance, electronic or mechatronic.
Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the industry.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is highly desirable
Familiarity with workshop safety standards and procedures
Previous experience in a shop or industrial environment preferred
Work Environment:
Frequently exposed to outdoor conditions including heat, cold, rain, and dust
May work in industrial, construction, or remote field locations
Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Involves working near heavy machinery and moving equipment
May require travel to customer sites and extended periods away from base location
Environment may be noisy and physically demanding
Travel Required: Approximately 60–75%
Frequent travel to customer sites and field locations is expected, including occasional overnight stays. Must be flexible and available to travel on short notice.
