Are you a passionate people leader with a strong customer focus and technical service background? We are seeking an experienced Field Service Team Leader to lead our state-based Field Service team, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and be recognised as a trusted business partner and service leader within the industry.
This hands-on leadership role combines operational leadership with technical expertise, balancing responsibilities as a Service Technician while leading a team of Field Service professionals across the state. You will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and mentorship, setting clear objectives, and fostering a high-performing, customer focused culture.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing your team, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to the ongoing success of a dynamic and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, define team goals and tasks, mentor, and coach your team of Service Technicians who will be providing Install, Repair and Fix Services across all dental market segments.
Drive cross functional collaboration to achieve the national service strategy
Whilst leading your team, you will also provide field service duties to our customers to ensure their business needs are met
Manage customer issues in relation to escalation and resolution
Manage spare parts inventory
What You'll Bring:
Proven people leadership experience, within a technical field service environment
Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication, collaboration and delegation skills
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pronto, or similar systems
Qualifications & Licences:
Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
Electrical/Electronic qualification (desirable)
Project Management qualification (desirable)
Dental industry experience highly regarded
Valid/Current Driver’s License
