Job Description

This role combines technical service expertise with business development capabilities to develop customer relationships, generate new service business, support project opportunities, and ensure customer retention while working closely with operations, service delivery, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth of AMC, CAMC, upgrades, retrofits, and service projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, facility managers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and convert service opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and margin targets.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Manage a portfolio of service contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and contract retention.
• Collaborate with service operations teams to ensure successful project execution and SLA compliance.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
• Promote Honeywell's building technologies and digital service offerings to maximize customer value.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in Building Automation, Fire, Security, HVAC, Chillers, or Building Technologies.
• Proven experience in service sales, account management, Sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of maintenance contracts, service operations, and project execution.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
