Job Description

Undertake workshop activities involving the maintenance and servicing of complete Wireline Pressure Control Equipment (PCE), Coiled Tubing PCE, Flowline, SSP, and Wireline/Slickline logging units. Perform tasks in accordance with written job instructions, engineering drawings, quality management systems, and company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities

Goods-In Inspection

• Prepare the goods-in checklist following the visual inspection of received goods.
• Conduct visual inspections in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Equipment Handling

• Disassemble equipment as per approved procedures and drawings.
• Assemble equipment in accordance with approved procedures and drawings.
• Perform pressure testing as per established procedures and drawings.

Communication and Coordination

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a professional manner.
• Liaise with the Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.

Quality and Compliance

• Plan and perform all activities in compliance with quality requirements, standards, and work instructions.
• Ensure all duties and responsibilities are executed in a controlled and timely manner.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and workplace procedures.

Asset and Information Management

• Exercise due care in handling company and client property.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all company and client information.

Housekeeping and Professional Conduct

• Keep work areas clean and organized to reflect professionalism and uphold company standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the oil & gas or industrial manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with pressure control equipment, including assembly and inspection.
