Job Description

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to join our safety conscious team in Winnipeg, MB! The FS Project Manageris responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing field services projects in the region. The role coordinates resources, tracks project performance, ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, and works with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize customer service and project delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements, including reviewing operational procedures and site-specific safety plans.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project needs, monitor progress, and verify safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain customer relationships and oversee project scoping, quoting, and competitive intelligence.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Manage labor, equipment, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective project execution.
  • Lead field service and emergency response projects and coordinate required personnel and resources.
  • Communicate with health and safety teams regarding site-specific requirements and actions.
  • Participate in on-call coverage as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Valid 5 driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record.
  • 3+ years of experience scoping and pricing field service projects.
  • Experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services preferred.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety standards, compliance requirements, and field service equipment.
  • Field service operations experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications.
