As a Field ServiceMechanical Engineer on the Inspection Technology team, you will help develop remote delivery systems to perform non-destructive examination in the commercial nuclear market. You will be responsible for all phases of a design project consisting of: cost estimating, functional/design specifications, detailed design with calculations to support, tooling concepts, holding design reviews, final manufacturing drawings, following fabrication, assembly and tooling qualification, training of personnel, maintenance and operating procedures and first field implementation of new tooling.
You will report to the Manager of Inspection Technology and will be based at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. This is a mobile position that is expected to be on site at least 2-3 days per week, when not traveling.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $58,400.00 to $73,000.00 per year.
