Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Manager to join D2B Groups. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction. You will lead and coordinate a team of service professionals, manage workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling service activities, monitoring service quality, managing customer relationships, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in service management or related roles
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

• Ability to handle customer relations and resolve issues effectively
