We’re looking for a Field Service Manager to join our South Island Service Team in New Zealand. This person will be based in Dunedin and will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our maintenance technicians in South Island.
This person will focus on leadership, operational coordination and customer engagement - ensuring our technicians are supported and our customers receive exceptional service.
What will you be doing?
Planning and delivering repair/maintenance works
Monitoring material inventory control and technician rostering
Managing performance and skill development of the team including shift and escalator crews
Spending time out in the field developing business relationships
Develop and maintain customer satisfaction
Drive Continuous improvement activities
Are you the one?
Experience from construction, facilities management or vertical transport industries
Team leadership experience
Proven success in coordinating maintenance/service activities
Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and ensure positive impact
High emotional intelligence
