Damen Marine Components (DMC) is onderdeel van de Damen Shipyards Group en ontwikkelt en levert hoogwaardige systemen voor voortstuwing, manoeuvreren en besturing van schepen. Onze oplossingen worden wereldwijd toegepast in onder andere de zeevaart, offshore, binnenvaart, marineschepen en superjachten.
Naast productie levert DMC een internationaal 24/7 servicenetwerk waarmee wij klanten ondersteunen tijdens de volledige levenscyclus van hun installaties.
Als Field Service Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en uitvoering van serviceactiviteiten binnen Damen Marine Components. Je zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van werkzaamheden zoals installaties, inbedrijfstellingen, onderhoud, inspecties en reparaties.
Je werkt in een serviceorganisatie die zich ontwikkelt van een reactieve naar een proactieve en klantgerichte aanpak. In deze rol combineer je operationeel leiderschap met klantgericht en commercieel bewust handelen.
Je geeft leiding aan Field Service Engineers en Service Coördinatoren op de locaties Hardinxveld-Giessendam en Hamburg en zorgt voor een optimale inzet, samenwerking en ontwikkeling van het team.
