We are seeking an experienced Field Service HVAC Technician with strong expertise in ductless split systems (including inverter compressors and AC/DC controls) and hydronic heating systems. This role includes installation, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
  • Diagnose and repair ductless split units, including inverter-driven compressors and electrical controls
  • Service and troubleshoot hydronic systems (wet coils, baseboard, radiant)
  • Install ductwork, thermostats, and controls
  • Perform routine system maintenance
  • Inspect and diagnose issues on existing systems
  • Replace parts and components as needed
  • Maintain inventory of parts and materials
  • Use digital dispatch software for scheduling and work orders
  • Follow company and industry safety standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Requirements Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of ductless split unit operation and diagnostics
  • Strong understanding of hydronic system operation and troubleshootingExcellent mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and testing devices
  • Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical guides
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience using digital dispatch or field service platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical school training or HVAC apprenticeship required
  • 5–8 years of field HVAC experience required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in extreme heat or cold
  • Frequent standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder climbing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
