How you’ll make an impact
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
You will be performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
You will be preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
You will be troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future, working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points and ensuring compliance to contractual requirements
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Technical Education, University Degree or above and major in Engineering with subject of Electrical or Mechanical or other relevant Industrial Engineering fields.
Less than 5 years of work experience in field service engineering or project engineering.
Preferring Field Service Work experience. Solid experience of technical management of international teams incl. team motivation.
Willing to travel (more than 50%). No VISA problem for overseas travel.
Fluent in Korean and business level in English, both oral and written.
