Imaxeon Radiology ANZ is a subsidiary of Bayer. We offer a complete solution to optimise efficiency in molecular imaging products, CT, MRI, Angiography and Nuclear Medicine for today and tomorrow’s imaging environment. We are patient and customer focused with specialist modality support and industry leading service coverage, and we have partnerships with public and private health sector providers within ANZ.

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to support our CT/CV and MRI product portfolio across Western Australia.

In this role, you’ll be the on‑site expert our customers rely on—installing, maintaining and repairing Bayer and distributor equipment to keep imaging environments running at peak performance. You’ll also play a key role in nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high levels of satisfaction across the region.

• Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment—both on-site and at our Service Hub
• Installing new molecular imaging products and providing hands-on training to users
• Building strong, positive customer relationships across public and private healthcare
• Supporting our DirectCARE Certification & Quality Assurance program
• Collaborating with internal teams to contribute to State and National account plans
• Identifying opportunities for product and service improvements
• Completing accurate service reports and maintaining detailed customer records

Does this sound like you?

• A degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering qualification
• 2+ years’ experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer (or similar technical field role)
• Understanding of the radiology environment and related equipment
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to pass and maintain an Australian Police Check and Working With Children Check
• A valid Australian driver’s licence
