DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer, located in Thailand
This roleis responsible forproviding technical support on field service engineering for DePuy Synthes in ThailandThe incumbent will develop and drive a high value customer centric field service strategiesto ensure service excellence for capital and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Field Service Operations & Execution

  • Meets key performance measures, targets, andobjectivesto produce leading-edge Field Service Engineering solutions that enhance the organization’s competitive advantage and brand recognition.

  • Ensuretimely, effective installation, maintenance, repair, and support of DePuy Synthes equipment.

  • Manages assigned Field Service Engineering tasks to support ongoing business growth and expansion.

  • Ensuresservice performance (e.g. responsiveness, quality, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction)

  • Quality, Compliance& Risk Management

  • Consistently applies protocols to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory compliance, company standards, operational requirements, and customer-specific business needs.

  • Ensure full compliance with Quality Management System, local regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements.

  • Support investigations, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives related to field service activities.

  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive improvements in field service processes, productivity, assetutilization, inventory, and cost management.

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of the maintenance procedures and systems to ensure the service quality and work standards consistently meet expectations and requirements

  • Ensure renewal of all mandatory license and certificatesin a timely manner

  • Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Support key customer engagements and escalationsreinforcing DePuy Synthes’ reputation for service excellence and technicalexpertise

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent)required

  • 3+ years of experience in Field Service Engineering, Technical Service, or Operations within MedTech / Medical Devices.

  • Proven experiencein a service environment working with customers to resolve problems related to capital equipment including medical diagnostic equipment and surgical robotic equipment or related.

  • Goodunderstanding of medical device servicing, lifecycle management, and quality requirements.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
