
Job Type: Full-Time (3RD shift) – Sunday night to Friday morning, 10pm to 06:30 AM.
Activity: Industry, heavy machinery, automation. Technical assistance, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
What you develop:
Providing direct production support on APCO-designed and manufactured welding machines. Focus on keeping operations running, supporting operators during production, and ensuring a smooth workflow on the shop floor. Includes simple troubleshooting, testing, quick issue identification, and close coordination with teams to maintain efficiency and output. Also involves proposing and implementing small design improvements to make the machines more efficient and user-friendly.
What you bring:
2–5 years of facilities or machine maintenance experience
Associate degree or equivalent level of education
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Solid understanding of electrical systems
Knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems
Self-sufficient, able to work under minimal supervision, fast-thinking, and proactive
Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record
Good physical condition, with the ability to carry up to 50 pounds (toolbox or parts) over 50 feet
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
High attention to detail and quality
Nice to have:
Knowledge of hydraulic system component diagnostics, repair and failure analysis of valves, stacks, pistons, and rams in excess of 5000 PSI operating pressure.
