Als Field Service Engineer bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund:innen und dem Entwicklungsteam. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere High-Tech-Systeme maximalen Nutzen bringen und vertrittst unser Unternehmen professionell und lösungsorientiert.
Installation und Inbetriebnahme der SCIENION- und CELLENION-Systeme
Durchführung von präventiver Wartung und Vor-Ort-Reparaturen
Fehlersuche und Diagnose komplexer technischer Probleme
Implementierung von Systemupdates und Performance-Optimierungen
Technische Unterstützung vor Ort oder remote
Austausch als technische Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft und internen Teams
Erstellung technischer Angebote und Serviceberichte
Sorgfältige Dokumentation gemäß ISO-Standards
Bachelorabschluss in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich (mechanisch, elektrisch, elektronisch oder biomedizinisch) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
3+ Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst oder einer ähnlichen Rolle
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein proaktiver, lösungsorientierter Ansatz
Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt ist ein Plus
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Hohe Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und Reisebereitschaft bis zu 60 %
Fließendes Englisch; weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Vorteil

Our non-contact technology is ideally suited for loading of oligonucleotides, proteins, antibodies, and glycans onto diagnostics devices. In our portoflio, SCIENION also offers a line of readers, optimized for quantitative array reading on both slides and microtiter plates. Additionally, through our subsidiary Cellenion, we have developed new technology enabling the dispensing of single-cells. The ability to manipulate single-cells has long been a challenge for the scientific community due to their micrometric size and delicate nature. We have developed and patented a breakthrough technology called cellenONE, allowing high throughput isolation and dispensing of single cells onto a wide range of substrates.
We also offer our assay development and contract manufacturing services, offering a spectrum of full solutions involving the full manufacturing process including wafer prep, surface functionalization, dicing, content spotting, QC, cartridge assembly, functional QC, and packaging.
