Solve technical problems and make technical customer trainings.
Create service contract offers and support with repair quotes calculations.
Serve customer requirements with the relevant service procedures while securing profit targets in Croatia and in case in Southeast Europe.

A degree from a technical university or similar education preferable fine mechanics/mechatronics/electronic
Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the service of technically challenging instruments
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Solution oriented and analytic thinking
Customer orientation and a passion for solving problems
Very good knowledge of English language
High willingness to travel, mainly in Croatia and in case in the SEE region.
