Install, repair and maintain Zeiss Medical devices and other Zeiss equipment.
Troubleshoot technical problems and deliver customer training to ensure optimal equipment usage.
Prepare service contract offers and support with repair quotes calculations.
Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to relevant service procedures while securing profit targets in Slovenia and occasionally in Southeast Europe.

A degree from a technical university or similar education preferable fine mechanics/mechatronics/electronic
Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the service of technically challenging instruments
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Solution oriented and analytic thinking
Customer orientation and a passion for solving problems
Very good knowledge of English language
High willingness to travel, mainly in Slovenia and in case in Southeast Europe
